You’re also in control of how you shop: place a one-time order whenever you need a fresh top-up, or choose a weekly or fortnightly subscription to save money and enjoy guaranteed convenience. Our subscriptions are built around flexibility — you can change, pause, or cancel at any time with no hidden catches. What’s the difference between an ugly box and a farmers choice?
The Ugly Box is filled with delicious produce that may look a little quirky but tastes just as fresh and amazing. The Farmer’s Choice Box includes veggies that look as good as they taste. Both are seasonal, locally grown, and harvested fresh.
How much produce will I get in a box?
Each box is designed to suit an average household (4 people) for a week. Quantities vary with the season, but you’ll always get a balanced mix of staples and seasonal highlights to inspire your meals.
Can I choose what goes in my box?
Our boxes are curated weekly based on what’s fresh in the paddocks. While you can’t fully customise, you can expect variety and plenty of ways to use everything inside. You can also add anything from our store alongside your box to ensure you have everything you need.
Do I have to subscribe?
No — you can place a one-time order anytime. Subscriptions are optional, but they save you money and guarantee a regular supply of fresh produce.
What if I’m not home for delivery?
Your box will be left in a safe, shaded spot at your door (or your chosen drop-off point). We recommend popping your produce into the fridge or pantry as soon as possible.
Is your produce certified organic?
Yes — our farm is certified organic through AsureQuality, so you can be confident everything in your box is grown without synthetic sprays or fertilisers.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We’re just as mindful about waste as you are. That’s why our boxes are made from recyclable cardboard and any soft plastics can go straight into recycling. If you’re local, you’re welcome to return your packaging with your next order so we can reuse it.
When will I get my order?
We deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays, or you’re welcome to pick up directly from the farm on those days. Need something in between? Our self-serve farm shop in Southbridge is open 24/7 — perfect for grabbing that extra bag of potatoes or a few carrots for the lunchboxes.
